Here you will find resources and videos to help you pass the Level 1 and Level 2 Mathematics Functionals Skills Exams.

Functional Skills are for learners who want to develop understanding and skills in Mathematics.

The qualifications give learners the opportunity to:
● demonstrate a sound grasp of the underpinning skills and basics of mathematical
skills appropriate to the level, and
● apply mathematical thinking to solve simple problems in familiar situations.

Learners who achieve the Functional Skills Qualification in Mathematics at Levels 1 and 2 can progress to:
● further mandatory mathematical study, such as GCSE
● the workplace
● further vocational study and higher education.
